When you contact us, please include your email address, name, address and telephone number and clearly describe your complaint. Our customer service team will acknowledge your complaint and respond to you regarding your complaint within a reasonable period of time. If you consider that we have failed to resolve the complaint satisfactorily, we will provide you with information about the further steps you can take.
Changes to our privacy policy
We may need to update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect our changing business practices. We may modify or update our Privacy Policy by publishing the modified or updated version on our website.
Upon receipt of your order we will not accept any changes or decline your order for any reasons requested. Our online department will send you a further email confirming shipment of your order. We reserve the right not to accept your order if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment or if we are out of stock of the product you have ordered. Krystella Australia have the right to refuse acceptance of your order at our sole discretion, and if we cancel your order you will receive an email from us outlining the reasons and a full refund will be issued within 48 hours of the cancellation.
